The room was cheap, the bed was comfortable, the staff were exceptionally professional. Special hotel in San Francisco, very pretty location close to an upscale urban shopping mall. I got free upgrade and loved it. The staff did all they can for a magnificent stay. Continental breakfast was relatively cheap & consisted of coffee, fresh fruit, pastries, milk and cereals. Such an efficient service too...
